Lapsa House is located in downtown center of Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel, Azores in New York style building from 1927 with high ceilings and big windows which give light and warmness to the place. The apartment is decorated in modern and minimalism style. 

Lapsa house offers the guests three bedrooms house (from October to June) and 2 rooms separately (from June to October) with double bed and linens included. 

The apartment has a big and comfortable living-room with one sofa, and dining table for 6 to 8 people. 
Renting all house you will be welcomed with local product basket (cheese, milk, butter, bread, fruits and vegetables), like this you can prepare your own breakfast.

For making your own meals you will have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge. 

Also you will have salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee and spices, kitchen towels and cutlery included. 

For served breakfast, lunch or dinner, its on request and will be served by prived chef, and its extra charge.

There is a shared bathroom equipped with toilet, shower, wash basin, hot & cold water, hair-dryer and bath towels.

WiFi connection available in Apartment for your commodity, and as well B&B is a pet friendly place!

Lapsa House is located in the town center, close to all activity organizations of the island - Restaurants, Marina (for whale and dolphin watching), Ferry boat terminal (connections to other islands in summer time), Public transports (bus), Car rental offices. You can take a walk along the coastline to the beach (5km) or going there by bicycle (nice Bicycle road). There`s also a traditional market in the city center (fish, fruits and veg from the island).
